Lord, help me....give me strength.
A co-worker just convinced me to order P-90X.....the intense home workout/diet regimen. 90-days of effort....let's hope I can do it! It'll arrive next week....
Good Luck Yoop. I know a few guys that have ordered that. Not sure if any of them are using it. I've recently gave up driking about a six pack of sprite per day and gone to drinking only water. The first couple days were like trying to quick smack (at least how I can imagine trying to quick smack would be). Also cut out fast food and eating between meals. Lost 10 so far. If I can do it - you can do it.
